A comic book on the “Filipino massacre”

Someone gave me a few scans of this comic book about the US occupation of the Philippines. The comic starts off with:

…I was personally involved in America’s deepest disgrace, a sordid scar on our past you won’t find in your high school history books!… I confess to involvement in the biggest mass genocide ever committed until the advent of Hitler! I took part in the Filipino Massacre.
