Travel postcard illustration about Bohol

I joined a collaboration with the FAKE zine in a project highlighting “hometowns” of 30+ artists from around the country. Since my mom was from Bohol, I decided to make a postcard for the province in my Filipino Food Art style.

In the postcard I added popular tourist destinations like the Chocolate Hills, as well as popular food items found in the province, like actual chocolates.

Tablea, cacao fruit, asin tibuok, and more are featured in this postcard collaboration highlighting the “sights and snacks” in Bohol where my family is from.

#FAKEFair2022: Cebu City, September 9 to 10

If you’re in Cebu you can get the postcard Friday and Saturday (September 9 to 10, 2022) at Molave Community Marketplace from 3pm to 7pm.

The marketplace is a community pop-up space with good food and good people. You’ll also find all the other postcards from 30+ artists featured there as well, from Dumaguete to Tacloban.
